Trainer Peter Grayson holds the key here, saddling three of the 13 runners, and it is Angie And Liz that gets the vote over Stoneacre Fred, with Dream Factor and Mr Cheers others to make a note of. Former showjumper Peter Grayson has started to churn out a steady stream of winners from his purpose-built base in Formby, and is very much a small trainer to follow on the sand. Garstang gave him his first winner back in June, but is the least preferred of his trio today, with Angie And Liz the one to be on. She was claimed for ¿6,000 after finishing second in a seller at Southwell just after Christmas, has won over the course and distance in the past and just gets into this on 55. With her apprentice partner taking off a handy seven-pounds, she makes more appeal than the stable's other runner Stoneacre Fred who landed a few nice bets here in November, backed from 50-1 down to 14's. Robbie Fitzpatrick has ridden most of the stable's winners and so he will be well fancied no doubt. Dream Factor has a visor on for the first time which should help, and Mr Cheers now sports blinkers. Both are worth a mention along with Whipper In who should be noted in the betting, but for the winner we return to Angie And Liz.
