Magic Amour lines up in the best of form and can complete a hat-trick at the expense of Kallista's Pride, Sahara Silk and Namir. The form of Magic Amour stands out here, Paul Blockley's eight-year-old having won his last two starts in decisive fashion, here and at Southwell last time. Although this is a rare drop back to five furlongs, his early pace will stand him in good stead and he should give Faye Bramley a good ride. Kallista's Pride is normally held up and has a tendency to come too late on the scene, but he should be involved for a place at least, while Sahara Silk has won four times on the Southwell Fibresand but has yet to prove that he can do the business here in two outings. Namir has to carry topweight based on past efforts, and the rest make little or no appeal, so Magic Amour will prove difficult to pass.
