Mythical Madness won this off a higher mark last year and it would be no surprise if he bounced back to form but most of the remainder look to be treading water off their current marks. That includes Hidden Steps, 3lb higher than last year’s success at Windsor, while Chestnut Fire and Coillte Cailin look no nearer scoring. Winning sprinter Poet's Society has plenty to prove over today’s trip but HUMBERT returned from a lay-off to win a maiden over a mile at Kempton by four lengths and there should be more to come from Hugo Palmer’s charge now handicapping.
