TAMARIND HILL can make the most of the weight he receives from Bubbly Bellini to win this, while Cane Cat can go well. The last-named was runner-up over course and distance in handicap company last time, and although she is not favoured by today's weights she may still be capable of making a significant impact on the contest. Bubbly Bellini won a course and distance claimer on Friday and is the highest rated runner in the field on BHA figures. He should again go well now he has hit some consistent form, but he is 4lbs worse off at the weights with the selection than if this were a handicap, and that can be decisive. Tamarind Hill comes here in decent form after finishing runner-up in a Lingfield seller earlier in the week. He stays at least this far, so the slower surface should help bring his stamina into play, and he is our idea of the winner. Raine Supreme looks the best of a very moderate remainder and Tamarind Hill will do for us.
