Bulberry Hill is taken to get the better of Brennie and Lucefer in this weak contest. The selection put in an improved effort last time when a good second behind Royal Axminster at Southwell. He seems to have benefited from the short break he had prior to that outing and he looks the percentage call. Brennie has shown flashes of form and he could give the selection the most to think about, although he has been a little disappointing on the all-weather in the past. Lucefer usually reserves his best efforts for Brighton, although he has gone well here in the past. However he is better over a shorter trip and for that reason we will take him on. The booking of Jamie Spencer for Mickmacmagoole catches the eye so he is worth noting in the market. However, for the winner we will stick with Bulberry Hill.
