In depth

Verdict

Fighter Boy found only Rumoush too good in the Listed Feilden Stakes at Newmarket last April. If he's retained all his ability, he could take all the beating on his return to action. However, race fitness may tell and the tough and consistent LOWTHER could prove too much of a handful. He's been placed in some of the best all-weather handicaps this winter and looks to have a good chance of getting his head back in front here. Suits Me has a bit to find with the selection on recent runnings, but the progressive Norman Orpen should give another good account.
