One More Roman was engaged to run at Folkestone yesterday but was beaten a long way by Umph at Kempton earlier. The latter showed a big improvement for first-time blinkers but is 8lb higher today and the less-exposed Johnny Cavagin makes more appeal having beaten the re-opposing Emma Jean a neck over C&D three weeks ago. TITUS BOLT never threatened in maiden company last season but his sixth at Newmarket in October was still decent form in the context of this race and he gets a tentative vote on his reappearance ahead of fellow handicap debutant Kylin.
