        Pension Fund Slipping nicely down the weights and was not beaten far last time over 12f at Southwell 11 days ago; needs the run of the race and it is worrying he has never won on the AW.

        Western Command (GER) Ultra consistent and goes well for today's good young jockey; likes to be kept busy and loves the fibresand; should be involved in the shake up today.

        Miracle Island Running on at the end over a mile at Southwell eight days ago; off a handy mark today and has place claims.

        Baron de Pichon (IRE) Course specialist who won a claimer here two weeks ago; this is a tougher test and may be forced to play a minor role here.

        Total Care Ex-Henry Cecil horse who has yet to show he has a liking for this surface; not one to get involved with.

        Vasari (IRE) Ran his best race for a long time when 2nd to Risk Free at Lingfield recently but has not won for five years and others are preferred.

        Sualtach (IRE) Loves this course and distances but has disappointed recently depite falling down the handicap; not to be trusted these days.

        Ultra Calm (IRE) Moderate handicap hurdler; likely to find this trip on the short side today; likes course.
