Arthur Pendragon posted a better effort at Lingfield last time, though in soft ground and over a longer trip. AVENUE FOCH disappointed when sent off favourite in novice company over course and distance early last month but this looks a pretty weak handicap and he gets another chance with James Fanshawe’s yard in much better form now. Star Talent finished in front of the selection when fourth here and soft going at Doncaster may have been a legitimate excuse for his latest poor effort but Say Nothing has failed to build on an earlier second at Haydock so Wanaasah is preferred back on this surface.
