Monte Major and Rocket Ruby are both in form but there are reasons for taking both on with BEST ONE. There are plenty of front-runners in the line-up which should ensure that this is run at a frenetic pace. That will suit Best One who is best coming off a strong gallop and this consistent gelding still looks fairly handicapped. Bluebok is well-handicapped, Rocket Ruby is unlikely to get an easy lead like last time but shouldn't be underestimated off a 6lb higher mark, whilst Metal Guru will appreciate a return to this surface. Almaty Express has regressed badly, Monte Major's good runs have come in just average claimers and sellers, whilst Wreningham attracted some good support at Lingfield last time but failed to fire. Head To Head and the consistent Pinball need considering, but the vote goes to Best One.
