Thornaby Green is the pick in the finale with Stark Contrast and Hatch A Plan the most likely dangers. The course-and-distance winner is best with up and at em tactics and Rosie Jessop has already demonstrated her ability to win on front runners this season. The partnership appear assured of that run from box one and we stick with them accordingly. Stark Contrast has been a bitter disappointment this year. Some of his Lingfield form is fairly smart and if he can translate it to Dunstall Park, he is not without chances. Hatch A Plan is getting a little long in the tooth. That said, he seems to go well for apprentice riders and it will be interesting to see whether there is any market interest this afternoon. John Stimpson's runners are faring well at present so Don Pasquale cannot be ruled out of the equation. Desert Hawk has an appalling win-to-run ratio but Mark Brisbourne has booked a decent young rider today and he will be getting lots of weight all around from his rivals. Andrea Atenzi has attracted plenty of interest this term and the prolific winning rider is on Mighty Mover for Bryn Palling. Thornaby Green can steal a march on his rivals and can hopefully hang on off the home turn.
