Baileys Pursuit and Coquine ran in the previous division and good efforts from them would boost confidence in Swanton Blue and Loumarin’s chance. The former got the better of Major Valentine and Compton Prince when winning here recently and the latter was runner-up over track and trip at the same meeting. Kaaber dead-heated for first over course and distance in September but DECLAMATION hasn’t raced since July when runner-up at Ayr. However, Alistair Whillans’ charge has gone well fresh before and he gets the nod with winning partner Robert Winston back on board.
