Another chance is given to Listen To Reason, who drops into this grade of race for the first time. Stravmour and Ocean Rock are others to bear in mind, while Moonshine Bill can go well for each-way players at a fair price. However, the last named will need to be on his mettle to make every yard of the running if he runs his usual race and is not one for major stakes. Ocean Rock has been in good heart of late and also rates as a solid alternative if the market throws up unsteady vibes about the selection. Still, this trip is the absolute minimum for him and he needs everything to go his way. Similar comments are levelled at Stravmour, whose weakness in a finish has cost him dearly on several occasions this term. All his previous wins have come at Southwell and he too has something to prove regarding this course and distance. That is not the case with Listen To Reason, who ran a solid race in a seller here last week. James Given's charge may have hit the front a little too soon on that occasion and we fancy it will be a different story if Jimmy Quinn is given different instructions this afternoon.
