In depth

Verdict

Sand Cat,Moi Aussi and Flying Key look the main protagonists in this maiden with the narrow vote going to Sand Cat. The selection was a fair fifth in a better maiden last time out behind The Snatcher. That form has since been franked and in what looks an easier affair he can but his experience to good use and score. Moi Aussi rates the main danger as she is a well bred Mt Livermore filly, half-sister to 3 winners on the Flat and should be noted in the market. Flying Key is a Key Of Luck filly out of 1m2f winner Belle Bijou and is another that should be noted in the market but she is bred to do better over a longer trip in time and for that reason is opposed. Cabourg is another debutante that catches the eye on breeding but her stable are not noted for first time out winner. This is a trappy affair and the market may well tell all but for the winner we return to Sand Cat.
