        Verdict

        OMINOTAGO will likely face a big hike in the weights after winning a maiden race at Southwell last week by eight lengths. She can defy a 6lb penalty having finished runner-up here in a Class 4 contest earlier. Eurato failed to cope with a 10lb rise for winning over today’s trip at Chelmsford and has not raced since June while Blue Top was upped the same amount after landing a double at Bath last summer. Monna Valley has been thereabouts over shorter trips recently and so has Mamoo though the latter failed to get home over 2m last time.
