        Verdict

        Rated 77, FIRESNAKE should be winning at this level and this looks a good opportunity. Tom Dascombe's charge was placed in a handicap behind the progressive Hawkbill last time and is the one to beat. A well beaten third on his debut, Mancinello showed no improvement on his latest start and Arize and Khismet may prove bigger threats with the former preferred stepping up from 5f. Trespassed, a half-brother to a hurdles winner, is a newcomer to note for the Haggas yard especially if well supported in the betting.
