Comanche Chieftain went close at Southwell recently and is equally at home on this surface. Pao De Acuca landed a double in amateur races in February, including over track and trip, but is 16lb higher now while Obboorr was also successful in an amateurs' race at Lingfield earlier and has run well again since. Cartographic has been thereabouts of late but has been raised a further 3lb as a consequence and preference is for WILDOMAR (NAP), a runner-up in what looked a more competitive contest at Kempton in February and looking capable of going one better off his current mark.
