      Verdict

Captivity has looked no great shakes so far and stablemate Lithograph may prove better than the third Godolphin runner and fellow newcomer Ehkam. Gloriam showed a glimpse of promise on his debut at Newbury and makes more appeal than stable companions Mr Fong and Rei D'Oro, but the vote goes to COQUET. She finished fourth at Kempton on her debut with a couple of subsequent winners in front and the form looks pretty solid. Mutual Regard and Flashman are debutants to note.
