In depth

Verdict

FRANCIS ALBERT looks to have a good chance here given the lack of credible opposition. He won over the minimum trip at Nottingham last month and finished third off today's higher mark over 6f here last week. With Kieren Fallon on board, he looks the likely winner. The Fiery Cross has gone backwards since his belated debut in a claimer at Hamilton in June but the lightly-raced Cheeky Wee Red may improve, though he'll need to if he's to figure. Boucher Garcon makes his handicap debut and Rightcar showed a bit more at Lingfield on his latest start and has won over C&D in the past.
