Verdict

GREY COMMAND should take all the beating in this low grade handicap having easily landed a course and distance hat-trick last time leaving the likes of Make Amends and Kings Icon aiming for minor prizes. The pick goes unpenalised for his latest success with that coming in an apprentice race so having notched up that success with some ease he has to be given the nod again especially with Robert Winston returning to the plate.Make Amends ran well in defeat to only just miss out last time but may be in need of a reprieve from the assessor before scoring again while Kings Icon was denied a clear passage when fourth behind the pick on his last effort so should be in closer attendance.Maximus Aurelius is another of the more likelier types having looked improved since losing the family jewels but after such a taking win last time Grey Command should notch up the four-timer off the same mark.
