Danetime Music can defy topweight at the expense of Vadinka, Hephaestus, Emma's Suprise and Herb Paris. With Eddie Ahern booked for Danetime Music, hopes are high that the Mark Wallace-trained juvenile can get back to winning ways after her luckless run at Lingfield last time. She was badly hampered at the start at the Surrey track, so did really well to finish fourth on what was her nursery debut, and as she was thought good enough to contest a Listed event at Newbury the time before, connections will be disappointed if she does not go close today. Vadinka has been a model of consistency in defeat, while Hephaestus showed glimpses of definite abilty when trained by Mick Channon and should give current connections some fun. Emma's Surprise has failed to build on her debut success, but Kevin Ryan will find an opportunity for her this winter, that is for sure. Herb Paris is one for next year on breeding, while Auction Oasis has already opened her account but that was in selling grade. The class of Danetime Music should enable him to prevail.
