Monsieur Kodi won the consolation race for the Stewards’ Cup last month while both Mums Tipple and Good Earth finished down the field in the Stewards’ Cup itself. The latter has subsequently won over the minimum trip at Sandown, with Get It back in fourth, while Tiger Crusade returned to wining ways at Newmarket. But the Irish challenger PRISONER’S DILEMMA was winning off a 12lb higher mark last season and gets the vote with a visor applied after a couple of better efforts at the Curragh last month.
