Cardsharp finished third in last year’s renewal but hasn’t raced since last summer while stablemate Marie's Diamond won a Listed race last season but was pulled-up at Salisbury in August. Urban Icon also returns to action and has a shout on these terms with Ryan Moore doing the steering while Documenting hasn’t raced since finding one too good here on Boxing day. Gulliver has a chance at the weights having scored at Southwell earlier and Habub may benefit fitted with a hood for this but STRAIGHT RIGHT was rated much higher at this time last year and having run into all sorts of trouble at Kempton last time, he gets a speculative vote in an open contest.
