In depth

Verdict

Bumper winner Fair Star scored over a longer trip here on his debut on the Flat last month. But he’s penalised for that success and collateral form gives HILL HOLLOW every chance. David Simcock’s charge could only manage third at Kempton when reluctantly making the running off a slow pace and should go close if getting a tow round in this. Silent Witness will finish closer fitted with a tongue-tie on her second outing after wind surgery but the remainder are hard to recommend.
