KIAMA BAY has been progressive in two starts since returning from over a year out and with more expected through fitness and experience he can win for the second time on the bounce. The only real obstacle for the John Quinn runner appears to be the surface on which he is untested but off bottom weight he looks to have strong claims. At the other end of the handicap Becausewecan has claims in first time blinkers and having found just one the better from this rating last time while Mons Calpe and Pelham Crescent should both go well whilst in good heart. Royal Swain has a good strike rate and may have been done in by the ground last time so could bounce back but Kiama Bay should have plenty more to offer.
