Verdict
Great Beyond was upped in class at Yarmouth last time having dotted up over track and trip before that. But he’s 10lb higher on his return to this venue and GROVEMAN is preferred. The latter has already won twice this year and is still improving judged on a neck defeat over today’s trip at Lingfield recently. Barnaby Brook has won a seller here and scored again dropped back to a mile last time while Charlie D’s recent placed effort came over 1m6f. Done Deal may prove the biggest threat as he’s expected to improve stepping up from 7f and making his handicap debut for Sir Mark Prescott’s yard.
