Marcus Augustus has been placed in four of his six starts, but he hasn't raced since September, while Catterick runner-up Take Root has an even longer absence to overcome. Wild Sauce ran into a place in both her starts including a third over 5f here in November and should be thereabouts, but MARIA MONTEZ makes more appeal. She had three previous winners in front when fifth in a claimer over today's trip at Lingfield last month and John Hills' filly gets the vote. El McGlynn looks best of the rest.
