        Verdict

        METAL EXCHANGE produced a late surge over 5f at Newcastle to make a winning debut and gave the impression this extra furlong would suit in the process. It could pay to stick with Kevin Ryan’s filly ahead of Sundiata and Designated, who both came up short when sent off favourites on their respective latest starts. Sussudio showed a big improvement at Lingfield last time while Bequest was placed at the same track on her debut and both are preferred to the more-exposed Second Collection.
