In depth

Verdict

Wanaasah is the only one of those with experience of the racecourse with decent form having finished a close-up third here last time. But she steps up from 7f today so the newcomer QUESTIONARE gets the vote representing a John Gosden yard in red-hot form. He’s out of a Group 2 winner in France and has an early entry in the Derby. So Hi Cardi is a half-sister to a couple of winners but Nathanielhawthorne is related to a host of winners, including Group 1 hero Gitano Hernando and the smart Battersea, and may prove a bigger threat.
