The ladies step up for this maiden and the clear pick looks to be female ridden too, as Hayley Turner can guide BINTHERE DUNTHAT home in front, while Alhena and Izzi Mill are respected. The last-named is a battle-hardened handicapper trying her hand back in maiden company. She has her first try at this track, but handles the other artificial surfaces well enough and has enough decent form on her CV to suggest that she will be a player here. Alhena has shown little in two starts to date, those they were last summer and on turf. Kevin Ryan's runners are in good form again now and she should not be lacking in fitness, while this is less competitive for her and we would expect to see a much more prominent showing. Fillibeg is another who looks set to show us more than on her Southwell debut last month, while Glan Y Mor is slowly going the right way and should be sharper for a recent run. Even so, Binthere Dunthat has put in two runs so far that, if repeated, would make her very tough to beat here and we will take her to break her duck tonight.
