A really tight handicap to start proceedings with only 4lb separating top weight from CHOKIDAR lurking at the bottom of the card. The latter won his maiden over C&D before going close again at Lingfield during the week and he gets the vote on account of his consistency. July's Windsor winner Bianca De Medici has every chance in this grade and so does Glenridding, who had Smalljohn, Hatta Stream and Spin Again behind when fourth at this track last time and had earlier beaten Master Of Dance here. I Confess cannot be ruled out either, though he does most of his winning in plating company nowadays.
