This is no better than the first division. King's Future and Welsh Royale were both second on the Polytrack on their latest starts, but beaten a long way and more is needed here. Chepstow winner First Rebellion has gone backwards since and the same comment applies to Sweet Ovation who scored at the same track in August. However, PENDLE LADY was successful in a maiden at Pontefract in June and she gets the nod on that basis on her return from a lay-off.
