SATWA STREET sets the standard here with a rating of 73 and while his three maiden outings fail to set the heart racing, the form looks good enough to win this. Dropped back to five furlongs last time following two outings over six furlongs, connections opted to adopt front running tactics last time before finding Moscow Eight too strong. The winner was thought good enough to contest the Cornwallis Stakes last month so it could well have been that the selection was unlucky to run into an avove average sort. The concern is that third has left down the form while the fourth, who has run creditably since is beginning to look frustrating. La Capriosa has shown enough to suggest handicaps could come her way while Tikka Masala indicated some level of promise on debut when finishing fifth on an easy surface at Nottingham. Rulesn' Regulations finished mid-division in what was a weak Newbury maiden on debut but given what appears the low quality of this maiden, she is a place contender. Waterstown is well related and market support would be noteworthy although the trip is likely to be on the sharp side. Satwa Street is given the nomination to come home in front.
