In depth

Verdict

Bahamian Love has slipped back to a fair mark and warrants respect but has been expensive to follow of late and a better bet may be Back In The Red, with Kassuta rated the pick of the remainder. The selection should strip fitter for his two previous outings this term and be appreciative of the step up to six furlongs from the minimum. Napoleon Dynamite has claims on the pick of his form but remains a maiden and John Hills has been struggling for winners of late so he may be best watched. Jord is more exposed than most of these and of greater interest may be handicap newcomer Kassuta, particularly if the market speaks in his favour. Back In The Red has solid claims under conditions that suit though and he gets the vote.
