      Verdict

      My Single Malt arrives in fine form but is upped in class while Conry's recent win came on the Fibresand at Southwell, his first since 2012. Canon Law looks in need of some respite from the handicapper but that's not been forthcoming and Pearl Nation's only win so far came at Doncaster back in 2012. A winner at Newmarket in August, ANGELIC UPSTART is having his first start since October but gets a speculative vote anyway with his yard in such good form and Oisin Murphy's 3lb claim further helping his cause. Skytrain and Idol Deputy are both struggling at present.
