This looks pretty tight but top weight CLOCKMAKER should be in the mix. Not beaten far behind Verse Of Love despite managing only seventh at Kempton last month, a line through the latter gives Conor Dore's charge every chance of beating Star Links, who won over a longer trip here in November. Sir Reginald can be given a shout off his current mark and Al's Memory is only 1lb higher than when scoring over track and trip at the end of last year. Kempton winner Apostle is preferred to both Fantasy Gladiator and Jay Bee Blue as the latter pair are upped in class, while Georgian Bay is good enough to figure if fully tuned-up for his comeback.
