Iconic Boy has a bit to find in this according to official ratings but only 3lb separates the remaining ten runners. Zapateado and Summerseat Mist are both course and distance winners and the former found only one too good at Chepstow last week. The latter’s win here came in May but has disappointed twice since. Dorcas has been comparatively lightly raced and Bbob Alula won easily at Chepstow a week ago in this grade, though carries a penalty for that success. LEESHAAN gets a token vote as he was rated 17lb higher around this time last year after winning at Haydock. He’s been gradually finding his form again since joining Rebecca Bastiman and a step back up in trip is in his favour.
