Muktasb is selected ahead of Compton Classic and New Options, while Blue Moon Hitman and Prime Recreation would also have to be considered if there is any interest in him in the betting market. Blue Moon Hitman and Prime Recreation are better than they both consented to show here last week and are better judged on previous form. They are very closely matched, so a betting move in either direction will be interesting to note. New Options missed the break when beaten by the selection last time out but will be a threat if he is live to the gates today. However, consistency is not his forte and others make a touch more appeal. Compton Classic being one. The Jim Goldie-trained gelding responded well to the re-fitting of cheekpieces when winning here last week. the four-year-old has a slightly stiffer test today, but has place claims if the headgear works again. However, Muktasb has really hit form at the right time and fully deserved his victory here last time out. Paddy Mathers gave him a peach of a ride on that occasion and, assuming he can drop him in from his wide draw, Muktasb can be ideally position to pick off his rivals one by one again.
