Verdict

Second Collection scored over track and trip last month but proved less effective off a higher mark on soft going at Goodwood last time. GOLDEN FORCE will be sharper for last month’s reappearance having ended last year with a course and distance success in novice company. He looks to have every chance and gets the vote. Benny And The Jets made a winning start in handicaps but is upped 8lb for scoring at Nottingham but Dominus has a shout on an earlier second at Newmarket and is preferred to Nefarious.
