Verdict

A couple of these are clear of the rest on today’s terms. Both COME ON LEICESTER and Second Generation won their penultimate starts before taking part in the Queen Mary at Ascot. The former came out much the best on that occasion when not beaten far in fifth and a similar outcome is expected here. Mawde won at Bath a fortnight ago and is preferred to Blame Roberta despite carrying a penalty while North Korea will find this much tougher than when finishing second in a seller at Goodwood last time.
