In depth

Verdict

Paco's Prince escapes a penalty for winning an apprentices’ race at Kempton and is preferred to Kendergarten Kop, who has been raised 7lb after scoring over 7f at the same track. Simply Breathless has every chance on a recent second at Newmarket but Herdwick ran poorly at Ascot on his handicap bow and drops in class. KRAKA also faces a much easier task today than at Haydock on his reappearance. He refused to settle on that occasion but should be more amenable here with that run under his belt and a chance is taken on Tom Dascombe’s charge.
