      Verdict

      Dubai Petal continually shaped as one that would be more effective over further and this was confirmed recently at Beverley where she was doing her best work in closing stages at her first attempt at ten furlongs. With Rosy Dawn and King Supreme in the contest, there is plenty of pace which will suit and Stan Moores' filly gets the vote. King Supreme, the winner of a Kempton nursery last season, improved for his racecourse debut over the course two weeks ago when finishing second in a claimer. It would be a surprise back in handicap company if he were good enough to turn over Dubai Petal. Black Tor Figarro is another that seemed to relish a further distance with which to race over at Warwick last time. Nibbled at fancy prices, he was outpaced early but the further he went the better he got and he won going away. He could prove the main danger to the selection who is Dubai Petal.
