In fields like this, high numbers often have a good advantage, and Bella Tutrice has done quite well in terms of the draw, berthed in stall 14. Ian Wood's filly certainly deserves a win, having breen placed in all three starts so far behind some potentially useful juveniles. The two who finished ahead of her in the Brocklesby have both scored since, while last time she beat all bar Rosina May and that filly has gone on to win again at Ripon on Saturday. A speedy type, Bella Tutrice really deserves a race like this and is strongly fancied. Of the others with experience, Crafty Fancy showed promise on her debut at Nottingham, but on a line through Mac Love has something to find with the selection, and is not as well drawn either. A bigger threat may come from Hilites, who was two and a half lengths behind the selection at Windsor but was slowly away on her debut and is entitled to improve. Of the newcomers, the Hannon pair of Our Gamble and Compassion have to be respected, both related to winners, with good draws and hailing from a yard that has a good record with juveniles at this track. Others to note in the market are Mark Tompkins Perugino filly, Valentia, and Andrew Balding's Dubaian Mist, by Docksider out of a mare by Robellino
