There are some interesting newcomers lining up in this auction maiden including Luca Cumani's My Manikato and Mahmood Al Zarooni's Anacopa, both of who could be good enough to win this event, but either will need to be decent to get the better of NURTURE, who is hard to oppose. The selection showed a decent level of form as a juvenile without winning and was highly tried on her reappearance in the 1,000 Guineas when 14th of the 17 runners but this represents a big drop in class for the daughter of Bachelor Duke and she can open her account today. Gary Moore's Blitzed was well held on his debut, while Ed Vaughan's Business Bay needs to improve on all known form. Andrew Balding's Roanstar ran better than expected on his debut here two weeks ago and is likely to come on for that run but it is hard to get away from Nurture, who can gain an overdue first success.
