In depth

Verdict

MAXINE found one too good on faster ground at Lingfield last time having earlier landed a double on testing going. She looks worth another chance back on today’s surface. Regal Vega has won on the Fibresand at Southwell and may well handle the underfoot conditions and Big Boy Bobby will be sharper for last month’s comeback run. The Whipmaster recorded a double over a mile earlier but Rewired is preferred on last year’s second in heavy going at Newmarket.
