In depth
Verdict
French Riviera gets the confident vote in this maiden with Woolfall Treasure and Bushman rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second on his only start last season behind Cuban Missile, that form looks solid and with improvement likely over this longer trip he looks the one to be on. Woolfall Treasure rates the main danger on his best form but he has had plenty of chances and it will be disappointing if one of the unexposed sorts can not beat him. Bushman was third behind Irish Artist last time out despite running green and is another to note in the market as he is another that looks sure to improve for the longer trip. Polmaily is another that showed promise last season but his stables runners have looked in need of the run so far this season and he is taken on with this in mind. Of the remainder Sarando is a well bred sort by Hernando and should be watched in the market but for the winner we return to French Riviera who gets the confident vote.
