    Verdict

The unexposed JAADULL may be able to get the better of some battle hardened rivals although he has no easy task to overcome the likes of Safari Sunup and Higgy's Boy. Mark Johnston's charge defied a lengthy absence to narrowly land a Pontefract maiden. The form may not be anything to write home about and the handicapper may not have taken too many chances but he should come on for that run and is bred to relish this longer trip. Safari Sunup won cosily in the end at Bath and should go well once more despite having to carry a penalty in what is probably a similar contest. Inchwood drops back in trip in an attempt to fulfil the promise that he showed earlier in the year but the handicapper may have the upper hand which may also be the case with King Supreme. Higgy's Boy has responded well to headgear and should be competitive but this looks to be a tougher task than his last two outings. Fair Gale has been performing consistently and has been given every chance by the handicapper as have Summer Gale and Rowan Rio although the latter has to prove himself on this quicker ground. An intriguing contest in which Jaadull is no more than a tentative selection.
