Verdict
Water's Edge has a penalty for last week’s win over track and trip. He just prevailed that day so the gate may have been left open for the three-year-olds. Tenfold only beat one home when joint favourite at Bath and has yet to prove he handles ground this soft. Taameen was no match for an odds-on favourite at Lingfield but will strip fitter today with a similar comment applying to SKY POWER. Placed twice on going similar to today’s, the Fastnet Rock colt is a full brother to two winners, including a Group 3 winner, and a half-brother to several more and starts off in handicaps on a potentially-lenient mark. Pledge Of Honour got off the mark at Newbury last month but Twpsyn is usually thereabouts without being quite good enough.
