In depth

Verdict

Mick Easterby has had some success with the few runners he has sent to this track and REFUGE appears to have excellent claims of following up his easy Musselburgh victory under a penalty. Wild Flower has won twice over the minimum this season and has also scored over 6f here so rates a danger after a recent second on heavy going on the course. Charles Le Brun ran his best race so far on soft going at Nottingham and looks to be on a fair mark but Amberine is just 1-22 and needs some help from the handicapper.
