Verdict

Second over this trip at Newbury on debut, PASSION AND GLORY did not appear to stay 1m4f at Newmarket. That earlier race is working out well and Saeed bin Suroor’s colt is likely to be a short price in this. El Misk landed the odds at Newcastle in the spring and may have found a race at Newmarket coming too soon. He hasn’t run since April but better is expected. Dobrianka has had two runs over a mile, this distance over which her dam excelled. But she’s by Sea The Stars so is worth a try over this extra quarter-mile. Shauyra is a half-sister to four winners but she is making her debut late in the season and may need the experience.
